Hello,
For admission in M.Com, you need to compulsorily complete your graduation course of 3 years of commerce background, then you will be eligible for taking admission in M.Com.

Hi Aqsa,
The final year candidates are allowed to appear in UGC NET examination. However, they need to have their final year mark sheet at the time of getting the NET Certificate. The minimum eligibility for UGC NET Exam is post graduation degree and the candidates can apply in their post-graduation subject or its related subject.
