I actually have not understood your query. Let me explain. As per my knowledge, if one has done B.A, then one can do M.A. And if one has done B.Com then one can do M.Com. So where is the issue of dilemma between M.A. And M.Com. Can you elaborate please?

Yes, you will get the admission, you have qualified your 12th, which is enough and even you have cleared your university's exam too.

Yes, you can do any business after completing your mass communication degree. Mass com provides different range of fields such as advertising, broadcasting includes T. V/Radio/Web, Journalism includes Newspaper/Online, Public Relations, Marketing, Film etc. It is up to you what type of business you want to do or in which field.

Maharshi Dayanand University follows the admission criteria in which the candidates have to apply for entrance exam conducted by university and then appear for the same. After that on the basis of marks obtained in entrance candidates are given admission.

As you have completed the M.Com, you are definitely eligible to apply for UGC NET. The UGC NET exam is an opportunity for the candidates who want to become a lecturer or assistant professor at the university level and junior research fellowship. The eligibility for the UGC NET is that minimum educational qualification is post-graduation degree from the recognised university.
