You have to visit the website of the university in which you want to pursue the course. Check for the eligibility. Download the application form. May payment of necessary fees towards admission and send the application.

Candidates willing to take admission in PG course M.Com through PGAT (Entrance Test), have to fill online application form. I am afraid, you cannot pursue two regular courses at the same time. It is not permissible by law. However, if you wish, you can look up for Spanish language classes on a part-time basis.
