You have completed M.Com course, So you will have to apply for UGC NET exam in Commerce subject and your degree must be approved by UGC. You can't apply for the UGC NET exam in Business studies. Regards.

As M.Com from IGNOU is a distance course, all you need is a graduation degree from commerce background. It is a 2 year long program.
