Visva Bharati University offers a two-year MDes programme spread over four semesters under three specialisations. Admission to MDes will be on the basis of marks obtained by students at their UG level. Relaxation is given to OBC, SC, ST & PWD candidates as per the norms set by the Government of India. Hello there, No, for the post of Asst. Professor in NIFT UG/PG in relevant area from a recognised institute or university having national or international repute with a required years of experience in teaching or research industry. Also, candidate holding Ph.D. degree will also be given preference. If not having Ph.D. degree then should obtain the same within 5 years from the date of appointment. Total minimum relevant experience required is, 4 years UG Diploma/Degree- 5 years (+1 year if its a 3 year UG degree/Diploma). 2 years PG Diploma/degree- 2 years. Age limit is up to 35 years and maximum age limit is relaxable up to 7 years in case of NIFT employee and up to deserving candidates possessing higher educational qualifications or experience.
