MIT Institute of Design offers three years MDes programme under fourteen specialisation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in the specific specialisation which is required to apply for the MDes specialisation they want to pursue. For example: candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/ Applied Arts, Visual Comunnication, Media etc. in order to apply in MDes in Graphic and Animation Design. Yes, the university accepts CEED score for admission to Rishihood University MDes course. Candidates who did not appear or qualify CEED, can apply for RSAT. Rishihood Scholarship and Admission Test score is also considered for admission to MDes. The shortlisted candidates are then further called for a personal interview round. Selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

MDes is the second flagship programme of MIT Institute of Design Pune. The admission fee of MDes programme for the academic year 2023 is INR 3.25 Lacs (Tuition Fee). Candidates are required to attempt the university-level entrance exam MIT DAT (Design Aptitute Test) for admission to MDes. The application fee for MIT DAT is INR 3000. As per the placement report of 2023 The the highest package and average package offered during MIT Institute of Design placements 2023 stood at INR 27 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. MDes is the Postdergrauate level flagship programme offered by the MIT Institute of Design. MDes is offered in various specialisation. MDes admission process includes university level entrance exam i.e. MIT DAT (Design Aptitute test). First step is to complete the eligble criteria (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design) next filling the application form of MIT DAT and scoring a minimum required score in the test. And finally appearing for the Studio test and the personal interview, which finalises the selection process of the course.

NID Ahmedabad is India's best NID campus. NID Ahmedabad was founded in 1961 and is one of the country's major fashion institutes. To gain admission to the college, students must take the NID entrance exam. The institute provides both undergraduate and graduate programs.
So, National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad for M.Des is better than NID, Bangaluru .

Admission criteria for MDes at the National Institute of Design, Bengaluru is For admission to the M. Des candidates should have passed B. Des or any other graduate degree in a relevant discipline, followed by NID DAT-Design Aptitude Test with two levels: DAT Mains and DAT Prelims. Age Limit: There is no age limit for applying to the MDes program at NID Bangalore.
