Yes, You will get admission in M.Ed as you have 60% in B.Ed. To get admission in M.Ed only %of B.Ed is considered.

Sambalpur University Written Test
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must be a graduate with Honours in any Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Sciences.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on the scores in written test and previous academic records.
Selection parameters and weightages:
Written Test 70%
Career 30%
Furthermore, if the number of applicants is less than the number of seats then only academic merit is considered during admission.
