M.ED: 1-2 year course (according to University) for which graduate and post graduate are eligible. After completing this course one can take up a teacher's job in college.

Yes BHU offers M.Ed as a part-time course.
The M. Ed. (Part-time) has two semesters will be of two years duration, each year being of 90 working days. The classes will be conducted during summer vacation and holidays.

That really depends on the subject you opt to teach. If you are pursuing M.Ed, you should pursue a subject which you feel comfortable teaching. Since you have already chosen English and Maths as your subjects for B.Ed, you should select a subject in the same domain, so that you have in-depth knowledge of a particular subject and you can then pursue a teaching job in the same subject.
