Hi,
Yes, you can pursue both the programs from two different universities as per UGC guidelines, but you should go for M.Ed program through regular mode and M.Com as distance mode.
You would get the right tools and techniques for teaching methodology and plus you will upgrade your education.

M.Ed is a Master course that can be pursued after you complete B.Ed. Hence, there is no comparison in the two, however in term of acceptance then definitely it is always good to go for M.Ed after you complete B.Ed.
