Ashish, only govt.medical colleges have fees that is affordable but they admit through tests like NEET. Private colleges do offer admissions without tests but then they charge hefty fees, also called caption fees. In such a case the option left with you is to drop a year and prepare for the test for next year. But I will not advise you to do this as there is no surety that next year you surely will crack the test and get some good college. Better for you would be to explore some other options.

Hi Nikunj,
The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.

Coaching makes your chances brighter to qualify for the entrance. one year coaching or even of shorter duration is good enough. You should concentrate on your regular studies for good score in board exam. side by side you can start preparing yourself for entrance
