With BCA degree you can start your journey as Software Developer or Tester with Small & Medium size IT companies. Large IT companies or MNCs prefer BTech CSE or MCA over BCA. It is recommended that you must plan your education minimum upto MCA.

You have to show your transcript transcripts from grade 9th till 12th . you can apply with 60 percent too just that not all high ranking colleges will accept this score unless you are exceptionally good in some activity that they would like to see

To become a civil servant, you should crack UPSC exam.
For that you should be a degree holder.
If you want to become a civil servant then start preparing from now itself as the examination is very competitive. Only around 1200 to 1500 people get selected every year.
