They mandate either their own IPU CET (Common Entrance Test) or scores from national exams like CUET PG (Central Universities Entrance Test) for postgraduate admissions. So, taking and qualifying for either of these exams is a necessary step in the process.

Yes, pursuing B.Ed before seeking admission to M.Ed course is an important prerequisite. B.Ed is a graduation course in the field of Education whereas M.Ed is the postgraduate course.Therefore, it is mandatory for candidates to have either completed B.Ed or integrated B.A-B.Ed or B.Sc-B.Ed course from recognised university. Therefore candidates cannot directly pursue M.Ed after B.Com or M.Com without pursuing B.Ed beforehand.
