Hi, for M.Sc abroad, firstly check their eligibility criteria where you wish to go. Another thing, is if you would like to apply for European countries, they have much more research oriented courses in their countries along with many scholarships. Answering the main question - I believe you can go for both. Obviously, BCA is applied course and can give you much more exposure to applied things than a B.Sc, because it is mostly have a theoretical course but obviously there's a view you can keep on exploring about things. Do some interns and gain some experience in researching over computing field interacting with senior working under professors. You can explore to get to know about them because for doing M.Sc. Abroad, if you wish to get into some real decent college you would definitely have to present yourself in a better way. Choose whichever course you would like to choose just work hard and stay focused to your aim.
