Yes, you pursue MS from US.
A GRE score in the range of 300 to 330; the higher the score the greater the chance of getting into a premier university. IELTS score of 6.5 and above or an equivalent TOEFL score. A good overall score in the undergraduate degree. These are the eligibility criteria for applying MS in CS.

If your aim is teaching, B.Sc and M.Sc would be surely enough for it. But if you want a decent placement and a job, you should definitely consider B.Tech. You can apply for various universities providing B.Tech degrees and then proceed.

B.Sc. (Hons)/ B.Sc under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc). The subject in which admission is sought must be a honours subject at B.Sc. (Hons) level/a subject studied in all the three years at UG level. Hi, for M.Sc abroad, firstly check their eligibility criteria where you wish to go. Another thing, is if you would like to apply for European countries, they have much more research oriented courses in their countries along with many scholarships. Answering the main question - I believe you can go for both. Obviously, BCA is applied course and can give you much more exposure to applied things than a B.Sc, because it is mostly have a theoretical course but obviously there's a view you can keep on exploring about things.
