Hi,
I think B.Sc IT students can get admission for computer science, but the only key note is CS. It is much more technical than IT. If you want to go for MSc , go for MCA, MS abroad, MBA IT, M.Sc IT.

If you are asking about the Indira College of Engineering and Management, Pune than this college does not have M.Sc computer science course.

Yes, you are eligible, if you have bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate and mathematics in 10+2 and graduation is compulsory. There are many good colleges offering M.Sc in Hyderabad.
