The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University-Bangalore, St Stephen's College-New Delhi, Loyola College-Chennai, Mount Carmel College-Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with mathematics and English as the main subjects with minimum 50% aggregate, however, institutes prefer students with B.Sc. /B.E. /B.Tech degree.

You can apply, check options in Europe. Canada and Australia will be too competitive basis your grades. You may still get a few options in Australia. Your SOP, LORs, IELTS or TOEFL score will also be considered.

Yes, you will be eligible. I don't see any reason as to why you won't be. You must, however, take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. Your SOP must be prepared accordingly.

The institute will conduct a separate CET for the part-time program. Criteria is 2+ years of managerial level experience.

MS Finance program from Edhec requires international applicants to take either the GMAT or GRE, it seems they also accept CAT scores from Indian students. You must also take TOEFL or IELTS. The admission requirements are clearly mentioned on the program website, you should be checking it.
