Hello Johnson,
Integrated MSc course allows one to continue to do MSc without any further entrance exam after completion of three years of BSc. But if one has done BSc somewhere else including in this university also there is no direct admission to 4th year of integrated course. One has to undergo process of getting admission to MSc.

No, you cannot apply for M.Sc psychology with your B.Sc zoology degree. For applying in Osmania University College for Women you need to have passed B.Sc. (Zoology) with minimum 40% marks.

The difference between MA and M.Sc in Psychology is not much. But it will differ according to the university/college offering you the same. Talking generally about MA offered in India by some top universities like Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Ambedkar University, etc., has a different approach and a combination of all subjects whereas M.Sc offered by BHU, Allahabad University, etc., focuses more on cognitive aspect of it. But, if we say what would be best to choose, it will not matter if your interest lies primarily in psychology.
