Microbiology is a part of medical science degree, so you are definitely eligible to study M.Sc in Physiology course. Candidate who have completed their Graduation in Psychology or its relevant specialization are definitely eligible for M.Sc in Psychology course. The candidate require to score more than 55% of marks at Graduation level. The candidate will also be needed to appear in the admission test.

Yes, M.Sc Psychology can be done through Distance mode. Please check with MJRPU authorities - not sure if they offer Distance Learning. There are many colleges which offers M.Sc Psychology in Distance mode.

You can't do two degree courses, According to Indian education act-1959 you cannot pursue two degrees simultaneously, because it causes extra burden on students. But, you can do certification courses.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc (Psychology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course. If you don't want to do psychology, you can still have option to do BBA, BCA, B.Com, BHM and other management courses.

Depends on university to university but typically doing MS in a field in which you haven't done Bachelors in is not generally accepted in Canadian colleges.
