Yes, you could choose between any life Science courses you want. Instead of doing M.Sc. You could do a job oriented Diploma course like certificate programme in Quality control microbiology, one such course is offered by the big player pharma company based in Bangalore.

You should have either completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics or a M.Sc. In Food & Nutrition, followed by a 6-months internship after graduation, to be eligible for the exam. The exam is divided into 2 papers.
