Hy Gayatri,
It's important to understand that job in HR roles are not easy to get. If you want to work in HR than you should have work experience or atleast have Masters degree in HR specialisation. Either try to get work experience or try to secure Masters degree in HR specialisation.

The best institute to study M.Sc. Food Technology is Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. The course offered is M.Sc. In Food Processing and Nutrition Science. For applying in this course, you need to give IIT JAM with Chemistry as a subject.

First of all, I would like to tell you that M.Sc. Electronics is a great field but surely having less no. Of colleges offering this course. If you want to study in a prime college than you have to opt for M.Sc. Physics. Below are the most suitable colleges for B.Sc. Electronics candidate -

If you don't want to change your core subject then you can go for the following colleges -

Diploma is not considered as equivalent to graduation and minimum eligibility for any MSc course would be graduation.
