Both the exams are suitable for doing MS abroad, TOEFL is basically an English exam which requires very little practice and can be cleared easily. GRE requires a good amount of practice and there are different sections that you need to clear. However, if you are stuck and feel that it will difficult for you to clear any of the exams then there is nothing to worry about.
