Yes, you can do M.Sc. In Electronics and Instrumentation with specialisation in Robotics from a reputed IIT or NIT after clearing IIT JAM exam with a good score.

In Information Technology, you need to score well in the exam. This year IIT Kanpur will start the IIT JAM Counselling from April 2020 and aspirants who will qualify the cut-off marks in IIT JAM Exam and will be featured in the merit list can take admission in various M.Sc.
