It would be better to take admission in DU. I've heard that VIT Vellore is the best institute for biotech and related fields. If you have the scope then better pursue it abroad. You can take the help of this link:

The fees range about INR 2-3 lakh pa. you should check the prospectus of the college to know the exact fee structure.
