Hello Shalu, According to the UGC norms, the candidates who have completed the post graduation degree with more than 55% marks from recognised university can apply for the exam, The UGC NET exam is organized for the selection of candidates for assistant professor and JRF. The minimum eligibility is post graduation. There is no age limit for the lectureship but the candidates must be below 30 years for the JRF. Yes, in the wake of finishing your B.Tech you can do your Master degree with M.Sc. Maths. But as I would see it doing Master degree with M.Tech is a superior alternative for you. Because it's identified with your study and in the wake of doing your lord degree in M.Tech you can show signs of improvement occupation as contrast with subsequent to finishing your M.Sc. So, it's superior to anything you can go for the M.Tech.
