For every distance education university, they have their own Regional and Study Centre all the communication regarding the course is given by the centre. Now, in case you're student with practical subjects the study centre will share you time table for the classes and you will have to attend it to learn about it. And, then after the syllabus is completed the exams will be conducted in the study center.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc (Psychology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course. If you don't want to do psychology, you can still have option to do BBA, BCA, B.Com, BHM and other management courses.

It is good to read that you have clarity on what you want to pursue as a career. Post your M.Sc, you can either appear for UGC NET exam and join an institute as a research scholar & pursue Ph.D, or join an organization in their R&D division. You could join Pharma / FMCG /f & B/ pathology setups. Alternately you can also pursue Research overseas by joining a Research programme at a university.
