For M.Sc in Botany, clear basic concepts of botany. Just go through the first Year to TYBSc botany books. Refer to previous years question papers.

If you want to apply for M.Sc in industrial chemistry then Pune University is a good choice. If you have interest in pursuing M.Sc Chemistry from IIT then IIT JAM is the entrance exam.
