Placement record is 100% at IMCU (Institute of Management Christ University). Some go for the family business apart from them, none is left out. Role and packages are also best among various colleges. Highest at 13 LPA- Walmart and lowest at 5 LPA- Copal Amba.
Pray for me guys, yet to get placed.

As the acronyms suggest MCA focuses typically on the application side whereas M.Sc. Focuses on the Science / core concepts. Hence, in general, I would recommend M.Sc. Over MCA. Having said that, there are a lot of factors that one needs to consider before making such a choice as:
Curriculum: Pay attention especially to courses covering core concepts like
Data Structures and Algorithms
Theory of Automata
Operating Systems
Programming Languages
Compilers
Technologies covered: Make sure that you weigh in the coverage of technologies from the current trend like Machine Learning, Virtualization, Python, Docker, DevOps tools like terraform, ansible
...more

You can't compare a graduation level course and a post graduation course. Still, I will tell you it's you who will be paid, not your degree.
So try to be a better student and then think of salary. SRM will surely provide you a good platform but it's you who has to perform.
