There is no particular cutoff kind of aspect for all entrance exams other than CET. As all of these exam scores are then converted by the DTE to put them in line with CET by a specific formula.

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) conducts the NET exam on the bi-yearly basis for those who want to make their career in Research and Lectureship field. If you have passed your 12th board then you can get admission in IIT or NIT for Integrated M.Sc or if you have cleared your B.Sc then you can go for JAM for only M.Sc in IIT. You can also choose some state government colleges.

It must be general. Anyway.
For availing M.Sc in Physics, you must be a Physics (Hons) graduate.
If you are a B.Sc (General) student then you can't go for any Master's degree in science subject.

When M.Sc is there, how can it be an undergraduate course anymore?
Anyway, it's an integrated postgraduate course. 5 years long course 1st 3 years ug then rest 2 years PG.but it's integrated.
