Yes, you are eligible for M.Tech in IIT, Kharagpur, I have checked the eligibility it says you have to score 60% in your graduation and the GATE score depends on the ranking. You can check more about it on the following link:-

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in many institutions. The cut-off for M.Sc. in Mathematics is 50% aggregate. But in some colleges, you have to take an entrence exam. You can check the best colleges near to your location here:

Pros: You will end up with a PGDM approved by AICTE, You can end up with a good job at the end of two years and successful completion of the course, learn a lot (proportionate to your interest and involvement), you have a lot of seniors to guide and help.
Cons: You have to invest money and two years, you have to work (study) to get your degree.
