If its worth or not is something you will know, Networking is no doubt today's the biggest boom, you have to know your own career interests, what you want and decide accordingly. Check the Skilled Occupation List of these countries and look for jobs in your field and its demand.

I will prefer you to go for MS but in USA because after completion of your MS in UK, you will not be able to get a work visa there. So, you will not be allowed to do the job there. It takes lots of paper work if you want to.

Yes, direct admission is permitted for M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition from Vidyavati MukandLal Girls College.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation. Interested candidates can apply online with required information.
