Definitely B.Tech is better than B.Sc because it has good scope than B.Sc, if you go for B.Sc you'll get low salary and you can go for research but if you go for B.Tech, you can go for anything you need and you'll get a good salary.

Chemistry with Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences
General Home Science
Bachelor of Nursing
Intake Capacity: 20 Seats
50% seats for Christian Minority = 10 seats
20% seats for SC/ST/NT/OBC classes = 4 seats (Caste certificate to be attached to the application form)
30% seats for Open Category = 6 seats
Entrance examination/ Admission Procedure
i) Review of past academic performance [Minimum 60 per cent at T.Y.B.Sc. level for open Category]

Their minimum salary will be in the range of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.15, 000/- in the initial training period. After their initial training the salary will get increased. Also, they will be provided with extra benefits as well. A post graduate in M.Sc. can also work as a lecturer in any of the Universities and can earn a minimum salary of Rs. 25, 000/- per month.

D Y Patil is better as compared to Amity. However, both are not good in terms of quality and reputation. Following are the best colleges to be thought of:
Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology, Trivandrum
School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad
National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal
Bioinformatics Centre, University of Pune
Unfortunately, Mumbai does not have any top ranking institute for biotechnology.
