Why do you want to change from plant biological process specialist to plant biotechnology and bit and bobs of microbial interaction of the same? I am not saying it is a wrong option but as per my suggestion you should opt for more specific subject within plant biotechnology field.

If you want to go for higher studies then you can pursue PhD. According to me, it will be more beneficial rather than doing any job because after doing PhD you will get a better job instead of doing job after M.Sc.

Hello,
MBA and M.Sc, both are Masters level qualification. If you are already an experienced business practitioner, then an MBA will consolidate your experience and can help you climb the career ladder.
If you are just starting or working in a non-business role, then an M.Sc can develop your business skills and help to open doors to new opportunities.
Best of luck.
