For admission to BTech at IIT BHU, candidates must appear for the JEE Main and paticipate in the JoSAA counselling process. JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate joint seat allocation for admissions to over 100 institutes, including IITs, JoSAA3 IIITs, and Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs).
