200 questions covering Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Reading Comprehension make up the exam. Maharashtra State CET Cell determines the MAH MBA CET exam pattern.The MAH CET MBA test consists of 200 total marks, with one mark assigned to each question. The candidates must practice at least 15-20 MBA CET mock tests. Practicing that many will make them well prepared for all types of questions in the exam - tricky, lengthy, easy, tough, etc. They should practice the mock tests in the latest format of the exam (jumbled questions from across the sections). However, the point to keep in mind is that one should not start practicing mock test without completing the MAH MBA CET syllabus. They must first complete the syllabus so that while solving the mock test, they know which theorem to apply on what type of questions.

One of the few MBA entrance exams in India without negative markings is the MAH CET. The candidate receives 1 mark for each correct answer; incorrect answers or questions that are not attempted are not penalized. There are 200 total marks available for the MBA CET, so candidates don't have to worry about getting it wrong.

Since the MAH CET no longer follows a predetermined pattern for sectional weighting, it is difficult to say that. For the past two years, there have been different questions in each exam part for every position. Though the sectional weighting varies, there are still 200 questions total across all positions. The four subjects on the MBA CET syllabus for 2024 are reading comprehension, quantitative aptitude, abstract reasoning, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The Logical Resoning section of the MAH MBA CET has the highest weightage. It has 75 questions and 37.5% exam weightage. The other sections are: 
  • Verbal Ability: 50 questions
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 questions
  • Abstract Reasoning: 25 questions
The MAH MBA CET has 200 objective-type questions. The exam gives 120 minutes to complete the questions. 
 
The Logical Reasoning section covers topics like: Arrangement, Blood relations, Syllogisms, Coding-decoding. 
The MAH CET syllabus has four sections: 
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Abstract Reasoning

The syllabus of MAH MBA CET Quantitative Aptitude section includes Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra, Mensuration, Partnership (Accounts), Profit and Loss, Mean, mode, median, Ratio and Proportion, In-Equations, Quadratic and Linear equations, Surds and Indices, Time-Speed-Distance, Number System, Geometric Progression, Binomial theorem, Inequalities, Work and Time, Percentage, Logarithms, Square Root and Cube Root, Probability and Simple Interest and Compound Interest.

Normally, there will be some seats for non-residents in every state examinations. You will be considered in that particular quota. You can apply and write the examination and get your best score, but Maharastra government cannot support any way in terms of finance.
