The admissions in Maharaja Agrasen College are entrance based. The candidates are admitted on the basis of their scores in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). It is a national level entrance exam. After the CUET exam results are out, the cutoff scores for all the courses and branches of all the universities are made public. Then e-counselling is held, through which finally the seats are allotted to the candidates. Both Jamia Millia Islamia and Maharaja Agrasen College are good choices for BA (Hons) English. Depending upon preference and convenience one can choose any one from them. Some of the facilities of both of the colleges are as follows :

Maharaja Agrasen College offers 4 types of B.Sc. courses for aspiring candidates. Total seats offered in B.Sc. course are 221 seats including all 4 branches. The admissions into the B.Sc. course is based on the performance of the candidate in the CUET entrance exam. All 4 branches of B.Sc. The course and their seat matrix are as follows :
