Hello Anjum Shaikh, there are plenty of good colleges offering Computer sciences engineering in the state of Maharashtra. Obviously considering the present placement scenario almost every student gives this branch as the first choice. As a result of this cutoffs in this branch are invariably very stiff. If you are interested only in this branch and do not get this during normal counselling then I would advise you to seek admission in the management quota of private engineering colleges for deemed to be universities. With this score you can try PUMBA ( domicile will be an added advantage), Symbosis, NIMS, Balaji, KJ Somaiya, National Insurance Academy, National Institute Of Bank Management, S. No, 60% is not the minimum percentage required in SBS. To get admission there, you must score minimum 50%.

Hello Iqubal, these are thoughts which naturally come to mind after one gets a job after completion of the Diploma in engineering. But unfortunately, in practice, this is not available. UGC has made policy that no university can offer professional courses via distance education mode. However you have other option. You can do AMIE. This is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all practical purposes. My sincere advice to you is to follow this path to get your graduation. Best wishes to you.
