The package in our institute starts from 6 LPA to 8.5 LPA. It also depends on the offer and the companies visited. The package also depends on the companies and the post they are offering for for the average offer exist between 6 to 8.5 LPA. This is actually a good package when compared to others. Yes, PBS offers compulsory and choice-based certifications. Compulsory certifications, include Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Advanced Excel, Presentation Skills, etc. Choice-based certifications, include Marketing Management, Brand Plaining & Consumer Rights, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Fundamentals of Foreign Trade, etc. Aspirants applying for PGDM course can avail for these certifications. Pune Business School considers entrance exam score, academic performance followed by GDPI round for PGDM admission. Extra-curricular activities, sports, social work, academic diversity and gender diversity are also considered for final admission. After the completion of the selection rounds, candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Only after the verification, candidates can pay fee to confirm their admission. 

PGDM is a two-year full-time course offered at PBS. The course is accredited by AICTE India. PGDM is a course offered in nine specialisations, namely Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, IT Management, Business Analytics, Agri-Business Management, Supply Chain & Operations Management and Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Management.
