If you get that there is no issue of branch. You should take as per your field of interest. You are more likely to get all good branches like CSE,ECE and aeronautical as well. You can try for that.

You may get the main campus but getting the desired branch may be difficult but yes if you don't have any specific branch choice then you can get the main campus.

Sikkim Manipal is average but the CSE department is really good in terms of faculty members and placements.
