Firstly congratulations on a good score. You can easily get a CSE branch at Manipal University. You have a better score to opt for the preferred branch. Manipal University is of the best University for its performance and placements. Usually 150 and above is a very good score in MET. All the best.

For securing a seat in the main campus of Manipal in CSE branch, you must score at least 130 out of 240 and should have a rank below 2000 for CSE branch. However, if your rank is above 2000 but below 5000 then ECE could be an option too because the placement scenario of ECE branch is also good. I hope this helps. Both DIT Dehradun and Manipal Jaipur are good colleges for B.Tech CSE. However, it is difficult to say which one is better as it depends on various factors such as faculty, infrastructure, placements and more. You can check the official websites of both the colleges for more information on the admission process, eligibility criteria and more. All three colleges are good for BE/B.Tech IT. However, Nirma University is ranked higher than DAIICT and Manipal Jaipur. Nirma University has a good placement record with an average CTC of 8 LPA. The fees for B.Tech at Nirma University is around INR 8 Lacs. I hope this helps!

If you are talking about JEE Mains second attempt, their second attempt of 2023 registration dates ended on 16th mar 2023 and I think that the dates will not change much in 2024 also. So All the best for your exams.
