The subject or stream of Mass Communication is being offered at Universities (Both government and Private) along with Colleges which are affiliated with universities and run Graduate Courses or Degrees and even Master Degrees. You seem to be a good student and can really qualify the Entrance Exam. The Merit shall comprise of your academic as well as Entrance TEST. Policies are institutions specific as well. About the details of colleges in Kerala, I wish someone residing in the state or being there, advises you.

Hi Azi!
It is upto you, which field attracts you the most and where your interest lies. MSW candidate is well suited for the roles such as Counselor, Trainer and many more which lead to organisation development. Journalism, on the other hand, makes you a reporter, correspondent, news anchor, camera person etc. If remuneration is your priority, I would suggest you to go into Journalism. If not, and social work is more important to you than pay scale, MSW should be your choice.

Every Institute has its own criteria. Some Institutes conduct a written test like FTII. Others will mostly conduct an audition to see your caliber. Hi Abhijit,
Yes, you can apply for MBA in Event Management and PR in NAEMD, Mumbai provided you are a graduate from a recognized University. Knowledge of SAP has nothing to do with Event Management course.
