Niche
Broadcasting services
Type of Channel
Location
Total area you are targeting.
On a rough estimate, you can start lowest quality channel with Rs. 30 lakh and can start best quality channel with Rs. 100cr.

Of course you can, and what is the need to go to Australia, when you have such great colleges in India. In CBSE, you are allowed to fail in 1 subject, if you have 6 subjects.

For becoming a news anchor, you must have a Bachelors or Master's degree in journalism or related field. Many courses have been designed to enhance the skill of aspirants.
You can also take communication classes for that in a well-recognized university.
