Hi, the Media and Mass Communication course duration varies depending on the course level type. Undergraduate programs usually take 3 to 4 years, postgraduate programs take 2 years, PhD courses have a span of 3 to 6 years, and Diploma and certification courses are generally varied depending on the colleges.

Media refers to the variety of channels or platforms utilized to convey information, for example, television, radio, newspapers, and the internet. Whereas, mass communication is the process of sharing information through these media channels to reach a large audience.
Media means the medium through which the message is conveyed, and the process of conveying messages is Mass Communication. Media acts as a tool of communication and Mass Communication is the process.

There's no difference between the Bachelor of Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) and the Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM). Both are the same degree programs, however, the BAMMC is an updated version of the program that offers more digital media, graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia skills, along with traditional Mass Communication and Media elements like Journalism and Public Relations.
