The application fee of INR 2360 must be paid while submitting the application form. Applicants can pay this fee online using net banking, credit card, debit card or UPI or through a deman draft in favour of the 'Media Development Foundation', payable in Chennai. SC/ ST candidates will be expempted of paying the ACJ Entrance Exam application fee on producing their category certificates.

Students studying under NIOS board can enroll at Mithibai College to pursue the BMM program. The NIOS board certificates from Mithibai College students obtain recognition from the University of Mumbai equivalent to other recognised school boards.
