Hello,
Almost all European countries accepts 15 years of education, but Germany accepts 16 years of education especially for technical education. To get admission to German universities you should have excellent academic scores of above 65 percent. You need to appear for German language proficiency test, IELTS or TOEFL and GRE exam if the university has it in the admission requirement.

You can always go for PG level in Interiors. PG has both Degree and Diploma. You can choose PG diploma for career enhancement. Going for a PG degree from any University might be a problem as the mandatory qualification is Graduation. But, you can try your luck and speak too few of the institutes and discuss your situation. Hi, The CGPA is quite low for admissions in Canada, more than 8 is preferred. You may check colleges like George Brown, Humber, Seneca etc. , admissions will still be competitive. Thompson rivers university, vancouver island university etc. Are some other options too. Check the websites for the respective entry requirements, prepare accordingly.

It depends on your area of interest. If you are interested in business or management orientation go with MBA. You have other options like:

It is not legal to pursue more than one PG course at a time. But, you can do. It is your competency to handle both the courses. You have to take care of following things:
1. University of PG courses should not be same.
2. Do one of the course privately.
3. Don't apply both the degrees at same time. Work silently to gain more.
