Students who receive provisional admission offers to MAKAUT BTech courses must present the following documents at the time of reporting:

  • Provisional/pass certificate of the last qualifying examination
  • Class 10 marksheet
  • Class 12 marksheet
  • Transfer Certificate

Some of the colleges with high intake are Heritage Institute of Technology, JIS College of Engineering, Sur Institute of Technology and Sports Complex, and others. Out of all the affiliated colleges and institutes, Techno International New Town, has the highest intake with 1170 seats.

No, you can't get a seat in MAKAUT because you failed in physics. You can chek other college's eligibility or try next year with better rank and result.

MAKAUT offers BTech programme across two specialisations at the university campus. However, there are more than 20 BTech specialisations available at the affiliated colleges of MAKAUT. Some of the affiliated Engineering colleges under MAKAUT include Asansol Engineering College, NSHM Institute of Engineering and Technology, among others.
