There is no correlation of doing B.Sc. And then doing MBA or M.Sc. Then MBA. Rather MBA is a degree which is primarily done to get in to management and leadership roles but this degree will help you get better role in management.

Online MBA Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria for an Online Master of Business Administration is graduation from a recognised university. The minimum aggregate score in graduation may vary for different colleges. Some colleges also have the mandatory eligibility criteria of two-three years of work experience for an Online Master of Business Administration. A graduate or final year student with minimum of 50% marks in final year for the students of SC and ST minimum criteria is 45%.

Yes, you can easily do an MBA even if your class 12th mark is less than 50%. If you can get above 95 percentile in CAT you can surely get into one of the top B-schools in the country. Many b-schools shortlist based on the CAT score.
