Yes you can get admission into MBA through UPSEE if you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh or if your parents are from Uttar Pradesh, the eligible criteria for your admission.
1- Must have bachelor's degree
2- Must secure 50% and 45% for SC/ST
3- Even if any of you have no Domicile can ever apply under 20% seat reservation
4- There's no age limit.

While, it is impossible to pursue full-time regular MBA from Iims without CAT as it is a mandatory criteria for admission, there are other MBA courses candidates can opt for if they don't want to appear in CAT or don't have valid CAT score, The overall qualifying CAT cut-off for IIM Ahmedabad shortlist is 80 percentile for General Category, 75 percentile for NC-OBC, Transgender Categories, 70 for SC and PwD Categories and 60 for ST Category.
