You must mention which country you want to apply to specifically. Secondly, if you are planning for MBA you must also have a GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS scores and also some amount of work experience. In Summary, there is no eligibility for other than clearing XAT cutoff, which is decided every year. Usually the cutoff ranges from 95 percentile and above for PGDBM.

Every student who gets into FMS is ELIGIBLE for campus placements. Your academic scores won't cause a problem in your eligibility for the campus placements.
