MBA entrance exam is in itself a demanding preparation. In my opinion, it would be better to give your best shot to clear the entrance rather than going for CA article ship. This is because if your exam gets cleared and you are able to seek admission in one of the IIMs, then sky is the limit as far as your career is concerned. Thus, focus on one course at a time. You will definitely succeed.

Eligibility criteria - One should be an under graduate and should appear for XAT. Having cleared the cutoff for the interview call that year appear for the selection rounds. There is no minimum requirement for admission call but it is usually seen that good academic scores in 10/12/UG helps. Also, if you have relevant work experience, so that will also improve your chances of getting selected.
In Summary, there is no eligibility for other than clearing XAT cutoff, which is decided every year. Usually the cutoff ranges from 95 percentile and above for PGDBM.

I dont think your experience shall stand valid, sijce experience post graduation is asked for. Secondly, If you want to be at manager level , go to premium bschools and full Time MBA is recommended for goodbsalary and lucrative career.E-MBA , part time or distance MBA is just not recommended if you want managerial roles that too in Big MNCs.
