You are not eligible for MBA as the minimum criteria is a graduation degree in a relevant discipline. Diploma holders are not qualified to pursue the course.

47% would be very low percentage to get admission in UK university. Either you need to do Pre master course in UK to get Master degree in UK or you need to change your study destination.

Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA from universities in Australia.
1. Undergraduate degree (60%-70% plus in degree)
2. Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
3. High score in GMAT
4. High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Please note for admission in all the good universities it is mandatory to have GMAT scores and relevant work experience as mentioned above.
Most of the universities in Australia requires GMAT score of 550 plus and IELTS score of 7 plus or TOEFL score of 90 plus.
The eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Since you are currently working so in that case pursuing distance MBA would be the best option for you by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
