You need a minimum score of 70 percentile in CMAT. Sorry to inform that 63 percentile is not eligible for admission process. Or you can apply through the other exams too which include the following:
A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December 2015 / February 2016 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2016) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Manage

Hi. Average fee for PDGM is approx 2.5 Lac/year. For PGDM, the score is eligible, though you'll have to go through MP and Personal Interview to get short-listed.

You can apply for colleges with this percentile. However, I would suggest you to retake CAT and target colleges that are 70% percentile plus.

Dear Nahid,
All you need is a graduation degree to pursue MBA. However, I would suggest you to initially prepare for entrance exams and then select a college as per your rank or percentile. Appearing for CAT would be beneficial for you.
